The Order Management System (OMS) is designed to run in any production sector units and help the management persons to keep records of each and every production order in the shop and maintain their transactions. This software provides options to track their orders, their associated works and cash transactions of that unit, credit transactions with their clients and reports required for easy maintenance and administration.
Benefits
When work order maintenance is done manually, the managers must record each and every order related transaction. They must record and watch the due dates of every work in the order. In order to keep accounts they have to keep all cash related transactions such as advance on orders, work charges etc.. and other cash receipts and payments. For credit transactions in orders they have to maintain records to recover / pay cash from/to respective persons. For credit transaction, the appropriate details must be recorded for future use and cash / credit balances should be updated correctly.
This software described herein provides assistance for maintaining records of work orders as well as accounts. Users of this software enter details of every transaction such as work requirements and its due dates. Then this software automatically reports the pending work details and suggests to make appropriate changes to the work schedules in order to maintain accurate work process. While users enters details of each cash transactions, the program automatically records the changes of cash balance.
The software guides users in their progress as they work. When user enters every order details and cash transactions, the software automatically composes reports required for future use. These reports would help them to analyze the working of the shop. These reports include work progress details and provide details of cash account, transaction summary etc…Skills
LIMS permits automatic notification of overdue. Librarians can perform almost any circulation task from one screen, including: - Issues, Returns, Advance Booking, Reservation of Items by Users, Request to acquire new items. Due to the unique numbering (coding) scheme given to the CDs depending on its categories, any new CD / DVD entry to a particular category does not require the whole system to be reshuffled.
