LIMS, one of our product emerging from our ardent wish to ease the work performed by the workforce engaged in the activities of CD libraries. There are several responsibilities on the library management staff, namely issue and return of Cassette, CD/ DVDs, management of catalogs and member lists, charging fine, auditing the current library status i.e. the availability of requisite number of items, purchasing new CD, DVDs etc. LIMS has been built with two principle goals:

LIMS permits automatic notification of overdue. Librarians can perform almost any circulation task from one screen, including: - Issues, Returns, Advance Booking, Reservation of Items by Users, Request to acquire new items. Due to the unique numbering (coding) scheme given to the CDs depending on its categories, any new CD / DVD entry to a particular category does not require the whole system to be reshuffled.
LIMS enables your CD library to easily support multiple reserve collections across the library.
This system allows the maintenance of all types of CD / DVDs within the library through a proper channel, issue-receipt of CD /DVDs.
